Place a separate order for each traveller aged 5 and over as only one booking reference number is provided per order.

On payment of the Day 2 and Day 8 testing package, you will automatically receive:

  • Your booking reference number by email & text to be used to complete the passenger locator form; and
  • An invoice confirming purchase of your 2 & 8 day coronavirus test kit package.


  • This is a non-refundable package once a booking reference number & invoice have been generated;
  • You or someone on your behalf can book & pay for the 2 coronavirus tests any time before your departure;
  • You will receive your result by email within 72 hours of the laboratory receiving your sample;
  • The coronavirus tests come with full instructions and you can undertake them yourself.



Outbound COVID-19 Test Kits Delivery

Our Day 2 and Day 8 Testing Package is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We dispatch the two test kits to arrive on or before day 2 of your quarantine, assuming you have placed the order at least 3 business days before your arrival in England.

Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your Travel Testing Package.

Please note any orders placed less than 3 business days before arrival in England, or after arrival in England, may not be delivered on or before day 2 of your quarantine, due to processing times and delivery schedules. We will do our best to get your test kits to you as soon as possible.

Orders placed before 2.30pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day for next working day delivery. Any orders placed out of this time please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

If you are ordering after 2.30pm on a Friday your test kit will be dispatched Monday. Orders are not dispatched during the weekend or Bank Holidays.


COVID-19 Sample Return Options:

Royal Mail Tracked 24

All of our COVID-19 Test Kits include free Royal Mail Tracked 24 return labels to post your completed sample to our laboratory.

Send your test kit back using the free return packaging provided via a Royal Mail Priority Postbox Monday - Friday.

Please make a note of the tracking number that is detailed on the returns label. Additionally, please do not stick the returns label on top of the lilac COVID-19 block on the outside of the kit box.

Ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting Royal Mail's delivery across the UK. Please refer to Royal Mail's website for their latest updates regarding delivery delays.


DX Sample Drop

If your Day 2 and Day 8 testing package has a DX return label, you will need to use a DX Sample Drop to return your sample to our laboratory – do not use a Royal Mail postbox for these DX labels.

Please note: We do not accept any liability for delayed results due to late or lost samples.


Using a private courier to be arranged at your own expense

You can use a private courier. We recommend this option if you need to return your sample over the weekend to receive your COVID-19 results on a specific date.

Please arrange a private courier to collect your sample and deliver it directly to our laboratory.

Arrivals will need to take a pre-departure test as well as a PCR test on or before day 2 of their arrival back into the UK but will not need to quarantine on return (unless they receive a positive result) or take any additional tests.


Arrivals will need to quarantine for a period of ten days and take a pre-departure test, a PCR test on day 2 and day 8 with the option for Test to Release on day 5 to end self-isolation.


Arrivals will be subject to restrictions currently in place for “red list” countries which includes a 10 day stay in a managed quarantine hotel, pre-departure testing and PCR testing on day 2 and 8.
