Deliveries & Returns:
Our Testing Package is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
We dispatch the test kit to arrive on or before day 2 of your quarantine, assuming you have placed the order at least 3 business days before your arrival in England.
Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your Travel Testing Package.
Please note any orders placed less than 3 business days before arrival in England, or after arrival in England, may not be delivered on or before day 2 of your quarantine, due to processing times and delivery schedules. We will do our best to get your test kit to you as soon as possible.
Orders placed before 12.00pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day or next working day. For any orders placed out of this time, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
Orders are not dispatched during the weekend or Bank Holidays.
COVID-19 Sample Return Options:
Royal Mail Tracked 24
If your COVID-19 Test Kit includes a free Royal Mail Tracked 24 return label to post your completed sample to our laboratory, please send your test kit back using the free return packaging provided via a Royal Mail Priority Postbox Monday - Friday.

Please make a note of the tracking number that is detailed on the returns label. Additionally, please do not stick the returns label on top of the lilac COVID-19 block on the outside of the kit box.
Ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting Royal Mail's delivery across the UK. Please refer to Royal Mail's website for their latest updates regarding delivery delays.
DX Sample Drop
If your COVID-19 Test Kit has a DX return label, you will need to use a DX Sample Drop to return your sample to our laboratory – do not use a Royal Mail postbox for these DX labels.

Please note: We do not accept any liability for delayed results due to late or lost samples.
Using a private courier to be arranged at your own expense
You can use a private courier. We recommend this option if you need to return your sample over the weekend to receive your COVID-19 results on a specific date.
Please arrange a private courier to collect your sample and deliver it directly to our laboratory.
